As you may know, LINZ has made a commitment to support the development of the geospatial sector in New Zealand. We are working with industry and the public sector (both central and local government) to unlock our data to achieve better outcomes for New Zealand’s economic development. In this regard, LINZ has been providing land information, in a bulk data format, for approximately the last ten years. Some bulk data customers use the data internally, while others rework the data and provide it to their clients. LINZ now wishes to evaluate this area of its business in order to ensure it is meeting industry needs, while identifying opportunities for further product and service development.
