I have been asked by many people why there was no attendees list made available at the conference and if I can make one available.  Unfortunatley we cannot release a list of attendees.  Your privacy has been protected within the MUGNZ rules.  You are free to share with anyone that you attended the event.

Rule 6.3 in the Rules of the MapInfo User Group of New Zealand states that 'The User Group may not supply any membership list, member's names or contact details, or disclose that any person or organisation is a member, to any other party, except by way of advertisement by the member, recorded proceedings of a "User Group" activity or other voluntary act by the member.  Members are themselves free to disclose their membership.  The Committee's names and contact details will however be disclosed.'

I will look into providing an option when you register next year about providing your details on an attendees list.
