2. Scale bar zoom level visibilitiy

Suggest an option in the admin section for each work context allow for an additional setting for scale bars based on zoom level.

4. Selection fill obscures labels

Problem: Selecting a land parcel makes the label for that parcel covered by the selection fill style.  The label for the selected parcel is usually the one that people want to see most.

Problem : It is not possible to set a specific icon to the correct Link-out, Query or Layer Shortcut using the icons in themes. They available icons (only 9) are indiscriminately allocated to a work context – they are not linked in any way....
